The Premium package is a subscription: at the end of each contract period it continues automatically for another period of the same length (6 or 12 months), and a new invoice is issued. If you received an invoice for a new period although you did not expect one, this is usually one of the following cases.
You did not terminate the package
Without a termination, the package renews automatically at the end of each period for the same contract period you chose. The renewal is described in the General Terms and Conditions, which you accepted when ordering, and the price per month for further periods is shown under My Package → My Package (Price in further periods).
You terminated too late
The notice period is 14 days before the end of the period. If your termination arrived later, the package was renewed once more and ends at the end of the following period. Your termination stays valid; you do not have to terminate again. See notice period.
You terminated, but check the termination date
If we confirmed your termination, compare the Termination Date shown under My Package → My Package with the invoice. The time until the termination date is part of your contract and has to be paid, even if you no longer use the Premium features. There is no invoice for the time after the termination date.
What you can do now
- The invoice for the new period is due. You find it under the account options (user icon, top right) → Invoices; see invoices and payment methods. An unpaid invoice leads to the website being locked.
- If you do not want to continue after this period, terminate the package now. The termination then takes effect at the end of the new period, and you can keep using Premium until then.
- The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to the first 14 days after an order.
