Contact form in the admin area
The quickest way is the contact form in your admin area. It tells us automatically which account and website your message is about, so we can help right away.
- Log in at admin.hpage.com.
- Click the ? icon at the top right and choose Contact, or open admin.hpage.com/app/support directly.
- Choose a reason. The form first shows matching help articles.
- If they do not answer your question, click the button below the articles, enter a subject and your message and click Send.
We reply to the e-mail address stored in your account.
By e-mail
If you cannot log in, write to support@hpage.com. Please include:
- the address of your website (for example
yourname.hpage.comor your own domain), - the e-mail address of your account,
- a description of what you tried and what happened, with error messages if there are any,
- for account matters, your Support Code from Account in the admin area, if you can still reach it.
Premium customers can also use the address printed on their invoices.
Forms
Some requests need your signature. Fill in the form, sign it and send it as a scan or photo to support@hpage.com.
