Why has my paid package been extended for another period?

Not cancelled:

If you have not terminated your contract for your paid websites, they will automatically extend by the minimum contract period corresponding to the payment period.

Confirmed cancellation (check date):

If we have already confirmed the cancellation, please check the termination date.
The period until the confirmed termination date has to be paid.

Late cancellation:

If you have not made the cancellation within the 2 weeks notice period, your paid website extends for one more period automatically.
