How to move an existing .com / .net / .org / .info / .biz domain to hPage?

Please use the following guide to transfer your .com / .net / .org / .info / .biz domain to hPage:

1.) Log into your hPage account. If you do not have a paid package yet, order a paid package at "My Package" => "My Package". If you already have one, order an additional domain at "My Package" => "Additional domains".

2.) Enter the domain name you already own in the appropriate field.

3.) A message box will appear telling you that this domain is already taken.

This notice contains the following link "The domain "xxx" is already registered. If you are the owner you may transfer the domain." Please click on that link.

4.) Now a "AuthInfo" field will appear. Please enter here the AuthInfo for your domain.

You get the AuthInfo from your current domain provider (where you have registered the domain). Please contact your current domain provider's customer service in order to request the AuthInfo for your domain.
Important: Without entering the valid AuthInfo, we can not transfer your domain to us.

If you have any questions about the AuthInfo of your domain, please contact your current domain provider's customer service.

By clicking on the "Apply" button you are confirming that you are the owner of the domain.

5.) You can now continue with the order.

After we receive your payment, our system will set up your ordered domain automatically and transfer it to hPage.

6.) Once the transfer of your domain is started by our system, you will automatically receive an e-mail to the currently saved e-mail address of your domain (in "Admin-C"; this is not necessarily the e-mail address you signed up with at hPage; please contact your current domain registrar's customer service for more information).

This e-mail contains a link. It is mandatory that you click on that link and follow the instructions, in order to complete the domain transfer to hPage.

If this step is successfully completed, your domain will be transferred to us within a few minutes.

If you do not click the confirmation link in the e-mail within 7 days, the transfer of your domain to us will be automatically cancelled.

If your domain transfer to us has been cancelled, please contact our Premium Support via e-mail or our contact form.

Important:

- Please note that .com / .net / .org / .info / .biz domains cannot be transferred within the first 60 days after the initial registration.

- Before ordering a paid package, please assure that the currently saved e-mail address in your domain details (in the "Admin-C" area) are correct.

If your saved e-mail address in your domain details is no longer up to date, please contact your current domain provider's customer service first.
