How can I transfer my top level domain from hPage to another provider?

To transfer your top level domain from hPage to another provider, please follow these steps in order to transfer your top level domain:

In order to transfer your top level domain to another provider, you need an AuthInfo from us.

1.) On the menu located on the left-hand side, click "My Package" => "Domains".

2.) Click on the button with the 2 circular arrows after the domain and our system will then generate the requested AuthInfo for you. In case the AuthInfo generation is not working, please contact us.

The AuthInfo is valid for 30 days and the domain should be transferred within this time frame.
