Mobile verification is an important security measure against abuse and other illegal purposes.
Important Information:
If you buy a paid package and pay it successfully, the mobile number verification is not required.
If your account is not yet approved for visitors, when being logged in you will see a red box at "Tasks To-Do" saying "Enter your mobile number".
1.) When clicking on one of the links (here marked with a red arrow), another page will open where you can enter your mobile number.
2.) Please ensure that the first select box is correct with your country code. If not, please select the correct country by clicking on the field.
In the second field, please enter your mobile number (without "0" at the beginning as this is skipped when the country code is before).
An example:
Let's assume you live in Germany and your mobile number is 0123456789.
Then select in the first select field: Germany +49
Enter this into the second field: 123456789
When you click "Submit", you are asked to confirm your mobile again in a separate window.
3.) Our system will send a verification code to your mobile number. Please enter this verification code into the text box.
4.) After clicking "Submit", your account is now successfully verified and your website is accessible online.
